“We can’t go outside, so HAM goes outside to meet you.” HAM, a character sculpture, was created as an alter ego of the artist Takayuki. Now that we can’t go out due to the effects of the coronavirus, how should we enjoy it at home? TAKA has begun a project that uses his wonderful logistics service to deliver his alter ego work throughout Japan, relaying and artistic sculptures. Now that it is difficult to interact directly with people, I try to create a community by engaging with people through my work.
